Another Teen Mom 2 reunion is set to film in New York City this weekend.
And the dramatic fireworks began before well before any of the cast members touched down at JFK.
You see, a slew of safety concerns and scheduling conflicts has led MTV to cancel and rearrange reunion plans about half a dozen times, and the Moms are officially pissed.
Interestingly, the squeakiest wheel has been Leah Messer, who usually refrains from biting the hand that feeds her.
Does Ms. Messer have a point about her bosses’ incompetence, or should she be looking to her demanding co-stars if she wants to point the finger?
Check out the details of her complaint and decide for yourself:
Get Me the President of MTV!
Leah is pissed, and she doesn’t care who knows it. The Teen Mom 2 star recently took to Twitter to complain about the network that made her famous.
Reunion Shade
(Getty) The problem, it seems, is that MTV keeps changing its mind about the best and safest way to film this year’s Teen Mom 2 reunion.
Learned Their Lesson
Not only did Kailyn Lowry and Briana DeJesus nearly come to blows at last year’s reunion, Jenelle Evans skipped the whole thing, forcing MTV to come to her home in North Carolina to obtain an interview.
Unsafe Conditions?
(MTV) Several cast members — including Chelsea Houska, who was pregnant at the time — complained that they did not feel safe at the taping.
Taking Precautions
(Getty) As a result of that debacle, MTV is taking extreme precaution with its filming schedule this year.
Over Cautious?
(Getty) Like the Secret Service preparing for a presidential visit to hostile territory, producers have been continually changing their plans in search of the safest arrangement.
Have They Reached a Solution?
(MTV) It seems they’ve now decided the best course of action is to film all of the interview segments on separate days so that cast members who don’t get along won’t be on set at the same time.
Separate Accomodations

Going to Extremes
The network has even gone so far as to house Jenelle Evans and David Eason in Philadelphia and shuttle them to Manhattan for their day of shooting.
Protecting the Talent
That may sound extreme, but insiders say the Moms demanded that they not be forced to share a state with the Easons.
The Downside
All of these safety precautions have led to lots of rearrangements in the schedule, and it seems the cast is becoming irate — especially Leah.
She’s Not Happy
“So f—ing annoyed with this reunion bulls—,” Messer wrote on Twitter Thursday. “Can the weekend just be over and can there be a solid plan already? #bs #overit How hard does it really have to be!?!?”
In Fact, She’s Pissed!
When a follower pointed out how angry Leah sounds, the mother of three responded simply, “I’m pissed.”
The Clapback
When a fan suggested that Leah mellow out and do her job, the Teen Mom 2 star vented some more.
Ready to Roll
“I’m here ready to do what I’m here to do when I need to do it,” she wrote. “So doing it is NOT what I’m complaining about.”
Tell Us What You REALLY Think!
“I’m just saying if what you wanted has been accommodated just get on with it and if not do whatever you have to do. Have a solid decision!” Leah later tweeted, clarifying that her frustration was with her bosses, not her co-stars.
Change Is Afoot
(Getty) “It’s everyone’s schedule being messed with. It’s all crazy. Nothing is the same anymore and it’s honestly sad,” Messer concluded.
Not Alone
Chelsea’s father, Randy Houska, echoed Leah’s concerns, tweeting, “Remember when we used to get an itinerary with flights, rooms, and schedules about 3 weeks prior to reunion? I just got my flight schedule last night. Kinda tuff (sic) to schedule real life around them.”
Not Their First Rodeo
“I see it more as honoring a commitment. We agreed to attend the reunion, certainly had many reasons to bow out and skype but a person’s word is important. So I just ask that they don’t run things like it is their first go at this,” Randy continued
Mixed Response
For the most part, fans were sympathetic to Leah and Randy’s complaints.
Nay-Sayers
But some were quick to point out that it’s Leah’s co-stars who created all this drama, not her bosses. And were it not for the fact that Jenelle and company are constantly stirring the pot, the show likely would not be going strong in its ninth season.
