Larissa Lima: I Reported Colt Johnson to the Cops for Hacking Me on Insta!

by at .  Updated at .

90 Day Fiance star Larissa Lima's Instagram was hacked, and her ex-husband Colt Johnson seemed to gleefully take credit.

Was Colt really behind it?

Or did appearing to claim responsibility just give him a dose of the attention that he obviously craves?

Now, Larissa is speaking to In Touch Weekly and publicly addressing the rumors.

And she also showed her fans and followers that she paid a little visit to her local police station.

1. The drama continues

The drama continues
Larissa is responding to the rumor that Colt Johnson, her very bitter ex, is behind the hack that robbed her of her Instagram account.

2. Over the weekend, Larissa was hacked

Over the weekend, Larissa was hacked
Suddenly, she could no longer access her own Instagram account. She was locked out of it and powerless to change anything.

3. The drama dragged on for days

The drama dragged on for days
Larissa went on to create multiple new Instagram accounts, but the fiend who stole her original account then reported those new accounts as imposters -- and they were deleted. This happened more than once.

4. Reporting the actual account didn't seem to do much good

Reporting the actual account didn't seem to do much good
As Wednesday's hours-long crash of Instagram and Facebook reminds us all, just because a social media site is successful doesn't mean that it's competently run. Instagram is notorious for not taking swift action about stolen accounts unless the account belongs to a celebrity or big-name influencer. Larissa is famous, but she's apparently not quite at that level.

5. Larissa implied that she knew who had done it

Larissa implied that she knew who had done it
What other enemy does she have in Las Vegas aside from Colt Johnson? Well, aside from Debbie and Colt's other relatives, that is.

6. Colt had even seemed to take credit

Colt had even seemed to take credit
As you can see, he added a line about "hacking skills" to his Instagram profile. It's hard to tell, especially because he's Colt, whether he is joking, bragging, or just trying to make himself part of the drama.

7. Now, Larissa DOES have a new account

Now, Larissa DOES have a new account
At least, this is true as of Thursday morning -- we certainly hope that this one won't be taken down because someone has some sort of vendetta.

8. Colt definitely harbors a grudge

Colt definitely harbors a grudge
Whether he did the hacking or is just clinging to the story because his ex-wife makes more of a splash on social media than he does, Colt claimed to police in January that Larissa had assaulted him by scratching his lip. Then, more recently, he told immigration officials that Larissa "used" him to get into the country, a step towards getting her deported.

9. But it was Larissa's turn to visit the police station

But it was Larissa's turn to visit the police station
Along with her bestie, Carmen, Larissa stopped by the police station -- where she was given a pamphlet on crimes committed online. It is not clear what else may have transpired during her visit, but she shared this image to her Stories.

10. Larissa speaks about the suggestion that Colt is behind it

Larissa speaks about the suggestion that Colt is behind it
"I’m glad to know I’m still on his mind," Larissa tells In Touch Weekly. Clearly, she saw him poking fun at the situation on his Instagram.

11. But did Colt really do it?

But did Colt really do it?
Even though he seems to want to be seen as the "hacker," Larissa's friend Carmen has her doubts.

12. Coltee wasn't the culprit

Coltee wasn't the culprit
"I don’t believe it was him,” Carmen says.

13. So what is his motive for taking credit?

So what is his motive for taking credit?
"I do believe he’s passive aggressive and wants attention," Carmen says. Yeah, that checks out.

14. A quick reminder:

A quick reminder:
It appears that what happened wasn't actually hacking so much as it was a phishing scam. Larissa's castmate Ashley Martson warned that someone tried the same thing with her. People get an email claiming that they're about to get verified, they click something within the email, and lose control of their account.

15. Either way, Larissa is after the culprit

Either way, Larissa is after the culprit
Naturally, she wants her old account back. What's more, she wants to keep this from happening again -- to her or to anyone else.

16. But she has other things on her mind

But she has other things on her mind
Larissa is dating a hot 26-year-old named Eric and they are enjoying themselves together.

17. Eric made his public debut very recently

Eric made his public debut very recently
He was her plus one to her divorce party at Crazy Horse III, a gentleman's club where she and Colt held rival divorce parties.

18. She also has more serious worries

She also has more serious worries
As we mentioned, she is at risk of deportation. Larissa is also fighting two other legal battles: her divorce and her charge of domestic battery for the scratch on Colt's lip.

19. Still, the hacking is strong in her thoughts

Still, the hacking is strong in her thoughts
On her Instagram Stories, Larissa shared Carmen's quote about believing that Colt was not the culprit but merely trying to get a piece of the attention.

20. Are her days in America numbered?

Are her days in America numbered?
People wonder if Larissa will be able to convince immigration officials that she married Colt out of sincere love -- and that she was abused during their marriage. Allegedly, Carmen has extensive documentation on abuse that Larissa endured while with Colt. If so, that could help her case.

21. Either way, she'll need her social media to be secure

Either way, she'll need her social media to be secure
Whether Larissa is in Vegas or Brazil, she needs her Instagram account. We hope that this gets resolved soon!
