Months ago, polarizing 90 Day Fiance stars Larissa Lima and Colt Johnson finalized their divorce.
There was a twist — a clause of their divorce that precluded either of them from defaming the other, or any third party.
In other words, Colt couldn’t blast Larissa as a “skank” on social media.
Larissa, in turn, couldn’t call out Colt as a creep and a cheater — and couldn’t say much about Debbie, either.
Now, however, Larissa is accusing her ex-husband of violating that clause of their divorce agreement.
Will this see them dragged back into court?
Oh dear
Larissa seems to be accusing Colt of breaking their divorce agreement. Will they end up being dragged back to court?
Larissa has a lot going for her these days
Larissa’s boyfriend, Eric(kee), has struck many 90 Day Fiance fans as a major upgrade from Colt. She and Eric have been together for nearly six months!
And he brings her flowers
We somehow suspect that Larissa doesn’t really demand flowers as often as she likes to joke. It was a memorable introduction to her on 90 Day Fiance, though.
All of the bad stuff is in the past, right?
The arrests, Colt’s cheating scandal, the explosive fights, the drama. That’s all done … we hope.
Larissa has a lot to which to look forward
Remember Crazy Horse III, the Vegas strip club where Larissa AND Colt both had their divorce parties? Well, Larissa is having her birthday party there, too.
Mark your calendars!
On Saturday, August 17, you can attend Larissa’s birthday bash. It sounds like her divorce party must have been a real hit.
Sounds like a win-win

Crazy Horse III gets publicity and draws in new guests and profits. Larissa gets an epic party and likely some hefty financial compensation.
Larissa is doing so well!
She promotes products and appears to be living her best life.
So what’s this?
The recent airing of Part 1 of the Tell All special seemed to embolden Coltee, and he didn’t seem to shy away from poking fun at anyone and everyone — including his ex’s boyfriend.
First …
“First you attacked my best friend by body shaming her,” Larissa appears to accuse Colt.
And now …
“And now you are attacking my boyfriend,” Larissa laments.
See, after the Tell All aired ….
… a number of people shared some rude or even downright homophobic messages about their impression of Eric.
Larissa handled that well
“Nobody should be ashamed about sexuality,” she affirms. In other words, calling somebody “gay” isn’t an insult. We’re not middle schoolers in the 1990s. That goes for more than just whatever Colt may have shared.
But Larissa has one major question

“What happened to the anti-defamation clause in our divorce?” she asks. Remember — just as the clause enjoins her from bashing third parties like Debbie, it should offer the same protection to third parties like Eric and Carmen. Neither she nor Colt are supposed to be trading cheap shots at each other.
Did she get her answer?
We don’t know, but that post is no longer in her Instagram Stories.
And Colt has apologized … sort of
We don’t think that he was talking about insulting Eric or Carmen when he wrote this half-apology. This was right after viewers had watched him pick fights with each and every one of his castmates.
Colt insists that he’s moved on
Like Larissa, he’s happier with his life’s new direction
He’s even dating again!
Reports say that the woman he was spotted dating is young, hot, and Brazilian. Dude has a type.
As for how Larissa feels about that?

“Happy,” she told her followers after the news broke about Colt being back on the market. “Life goes on.”
So, was this a divorce agreement violation?
Maybe. And maybe Larissa’s callout post was. But … it looks like maybe they’ve smoothed things over.
Neither of them want to rehash their divorce
They’re better off just pretending that the other doesn’t exist, really.
Besides, Coltee has new feuds
He seems to have chosen to go to war with every single one of his castmates. At the same Tell All, he called Ashley Martson “Trashley” and appeared to be staring down her shirt. Classy dude.
