Cheyenne Floyd has some news to share, everyone!
Yep, the newest Teen Mom (Bristol Palin doesn’t count and Jenelle Evans’ replacement hasn’t been officially announced yet) was sweet enough to have a little chit chat with us about her life.
Specifically, her love life.
Fans will know that she’s been dating a new guy for a while now, but that she’s been super private about it all.
Well … not anymore!
We See You!
So Cheyenne is dating someone. We know that much because she’s said so.
Nope
And no, it’s not Cory Wharton — they’re still rocking the co-parenting thing without having a romantic relationship.
Interesting
All the way back in February, Cheyenne revealed that she was dating someone that she was “super happy” with.
Fair Enough
She explained that “I don’t want to reveal any details about them right now as we’re enjoying keeping things private.”
Oh, OK
She added that “When the time is right. I will tell.”
Not So Fast
But a month later, she was still being secretive about her new relationship.
Makes Sense
“I think it’s important to take this time to enjoy each another outside of a public eye,” she said in an interview then.
Right, Right
“It allows for us to continue to cultivate something genuine and easy-going without the pressures of outside influence.”
Mmhmm
“It’s as simple as making sure that we differentiate what we have together and what we allow others to be welcomed into,” she added.
Oh Really?
It wasn’t all mystery though — she did say that she could see this new guy being The One, and that “It’s crazy that I’ve found myself saying that or even believing it, but this feels different than anything I’ve been involved with before.”
Going Well
“Things are going better than I could’ve imagined honestly, and that’s part of the reason I want to keep it this way for now.”

But who is this guy?!?!?!?!?!

Good news, friends — Cheyenne decided to tell us all about the new love in her life, and she even shared some cute photos!

The News is Out
When we asked for details about the guy, she admitted that “Everyone has been asking about my boyfriend and it’s hard to keep him out of the public eye because we are together a lot.”

“His name is Matthew and he is from Baltimore so it’s long distance.”
So Cute
As for Ryder, Cheyenne said “He has met Ryder and he’s really good around her. It takes a lot of patience to be around a toddler … they are super busy and he loves watching how smart and daring she is.”
So Much Love
And it’s not just Ryder — he’s apparently met more of her family, too.
Good News
“My family adores him, he has met basically my whole family. They all love him and appreciate that he deals with me haha,” she joked.
And Cory?
She said that he’s even met Cory and that “they sat down and talked with each other. It went well.”
Putting Ryder First
“Cory and I trust each other to only have people around Ryder that have the best intentions and are nice to her.”
Plans for the Future?
As for where their relationship is going, Cheyenne told us “We are taking everything very slow and enjoying each other. We aren’t in a rush to run off and get married or to have kids.”

“We just want to enjoy each other and keep building our relationship,” she concluded.
True Love?
So this all sounds very promising, right? She’s taking things slow, taking the time go really get to know Matthew and see if he fits in her already very busy life before, say, getting married and getting pregnant after a week or two of dating like some other Teen Moms we know.
