Javi Marroquin and Briana DeJesus dated for a couple of months late last year, and honestly, it was just a terrible idea.
We appreciate how much drama they surely provided for the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2, but when you remember that these are real people making real mistakes in their real lives, it really just does not seem like it was worth it.
Javi messed up his relationship with Kailyn Lowry, the mother of his son, and they both made themselves look ridiculous.
And even though they broke up all the way back in January, it still looks like they’re both going out of their way to play themselves.
See, Briana just heard that Javi is back with Lauren Comeau, the woman he dated before getting with her — and boy, does she have some feelings about that …
True Love?
Briana and Javi began dating … well, it was sometime last year, we know that much. They were friends for a long time before they got together, and things really started heating up last fall. Briana denied everything for a bit, but around October, they both finally confirmed their relationship.
Yikes
They moved fast — but then again, Javi always moves fast. They hung out together with their children, they bought a puppy together, they talked about getting married, and they even got matching tattoos.
So Sad
But somehow, against all odds, they didn’t make it. Tragic, right? And we were all rooting for these crazy kids.
So Much Heartache
Briana said that there were a couple of reasons behind their split: one was that he didn’t want her to get more plastic surgery, and another was that he wanted to get married immediately and she wasn’t feeling that rush.
Hmmm …
So they broke up, but a couple of weeks later when she got her surgery, he was right there with her. Or he was for a little while, anyway — he left early, because as he explained in a statement, he never should have went in the first place because “we broke up for a reason.”
What a Mess
After that, she made her own statement and said that she “don’t want nothing to do with Javi,” and she also accused him of harassing her.
Who Can Keep Up?!
A couple of weeks later, rumors began starting up that Javi and Kailyn were thinking about giving love another chance — mostly because Javi posted a story about it on social media.
Come On, Javi
It was pretty believable, since Javi has seemed to pine over Kailyn ever since they split, but she shut those rumors down real quick, basically saying that he was too shady for her.
Moving Right Along
So since Kailyn wasn’t into it, he hollered at another ex, and now he’s back with Lauren Comeau, that girl he dated for a couple of weeks last summer.
Ugh
Luckily for Javi, it seems like Lauren likes to move just as fast as he does — she shared a photo of them together on Instagram last week with the quote “Sometimes, two people need to fall apart to realize how much they need to fall back together.”
Easy, Killer
So Javi dated Lauren last year, then he got with Briana, then tried to get back with her a few weeks after they broke up, and when that didn’t work, he tried to hit up Kailyn, who shut him down, so he took another shot with Lauren? Does he literally not understand how to live his life as a single person?
Nothing New
As a source tells Radar, this is actually just normal behavior for him. This source even says that he tried to re-woo Kailyn after breaking up with Lauren the first time, too.
Claws Out!
And as you can probably imagine, Briana is not cool with all of this.
Liar, Liar
In a new interview, Briana tells Radar that she “had no idea” that Javi had a habit of hollering at his ex-wife. She says that Kail “would hit me up and say ‘Javi is lying to you,’ she always said Javi was such a liar, I never understand what that meant.”
Run, Bri
But now it seems that she does know what Kailyn meant. She also says that she’s glad to be rid of Javi, and that dating him was “stressful.”
AT ALL TIMES
“Javi needs somebody at all times,” Briana adds. “If he’s not with somebody he’s going to find somebody. I’m not going to fall into that trap.”
Fight Fight Fight!
About their relationship, she says “I don’t even really give a sh-t anymore. Now that I look back on it. He was only with me to be on TV. Just to get more camera time.”
Thirsty Javi?
This isn’t the first time someone’s accused him of being fame-hungry — Kailyn even revealed recently that when she met Javi, he pretended he didn’t know anything about Teen Mom, which is sketchy at best.
Get Him, Girl!
Don’t worry about Briana though, because she says that “If he was playing both sides of the fence,” meaning that if he was trying to get with her while also trying to get with Kail, “it will definitely come out at the reunion. He has to get put in his place. I’m excited now.”
