It’s difficult to imagine Adam Lind abiding by any of the rules that govern polite society.
Believe it or not, though, it seems Chelsea Houska’s deadbeat ex has spent the past several months in full compliance with the terms of his latest punishment.
Lind was arrested back in 2017 for domestic assault, but got off with a slap on the wrist.
Chelsea and her family likely hoped that Lind would wind up serving hard time.
That didn’t turn out to be the case, but on the bright side, the Teen Mom 2 miscreant was prohibited from contacting his past victims, including Houska.
Unfortunately, it seems Lind has now been let off his legal leash, and it’s anyone’s guess how that development might impact Chelsea’s future.

Unlike David, Lind has never been accused of beating and murdering the family dog, but he’s guilty of just about very other domestic atrocity you can imagine.

That may seem like an odd move, considering Aubree’s father is still alive, and very much present (although not in the sense of the word that could be construed as a positive thing), but this is an odd situation … because it’s almost impossible to overstate how bad a guy Lind truly is.

Adam signed over his parental rights in 2018, and the DeBoer-Houska clan has been flourishing ever since.

In that time, Houska has become a sort of aspirational figure to Teen Mom 2 fans, and her story offers one of the franchise’s rare happy endings.

Obviously, in many respects, Chelsea’s story is just getting started, but with three kids, a loving husband, and a beautiful house in the country, for a while there, it seemed as though Houska had closed the book on Lind and moved on to a much more satisfying chapter.

Unfortunately, in the past few weeks, Adam has reared his ugly head and re-entered Chelsea’s life in a number of significant ways.

To the utter shock of many fans, Lind made an unexpected appearance on the current season of Teen Mom 2.

Back in November of 2017, Lind was arrested for domestic abuse simple assault attempt to cause bodily injury, recklessly causing bodily injury, attempt to put another in fear of bodily harm and intentionally cause bodily injury following an assault on his second baby mama, Taylor Halbur.

He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended and placed on probation until August of 2019.
On the Loose
For reasons that aren’t entirely clear, Lind was in the court system longer than expected, but these days, he’s 100 percent a free man.

According to a new report from Radar Online, the Lincoln County Court in South Dakota has confirmed that the condition of his sentence has expired and that the case is currently closed.
American Justice
It’s hard to believe that after all he’s done, Lind is free to pass through the world entirely unsupervised, but that seems to be the case.
