Mika gets stuck in the fence while running away from the charred walkers. Lizzie shoots them and helps save her sister.

After watching Lizzie shoot the burned walkers, Carol thinks the girl is better.

But Lizzie isn’t better. She kills Mika to prove to Carol and Tyreese that walkers are just different kinds of people.

Carol readies herself to stop Mika from changing, but Lizzie pulls a gun on her. Lizzie wants to wait for Mika to come back, saying that she almost killed Judith to watch her change, too.

After they return from hunting, Carol and Tyreese come upon a deadly and gruesome scene. Lizzie has killed Mika.

After Tyreese takes Lizzie and Judith back into the house, Carol breaks down over the loss of Mika, who was so much like Sophia.

Carol and Tyreese discuss what has to happen to Lizzie now that she’s killed Mika in cold blood.

Tyreese watches Carol and Lizzie take a walk knowing that only one of them will be returning to the house.

While telling Lizzie to look at the flowers, Carol takes Lizzie’s life.

A broken Carol confesses to Tyreese that she killed Karen. She hands him a gun and tells him to do what he must. He forgives her.
