In September, October and November, health inspectors visited the offices of 4 Times Square, home to Conde Nast and thus, Vanity Fair‘s Graydon Carter’s corner office on the 22nd floor. It seems. Mr. Carter is choosing to ignore Mayor Bloomberg’s smoking ban in office buildings, calling the new restrictions “nothing short of asinine and their enforcement to be nothing short of harassment.” It is still unknown who called the city to report Graydon’s smoking in the office, but we think Anna Wintour is just pulling one of her office pranks. Remember last year’s office-wide game of tag? Watching Ms. Wintour run is scary enough, but seeing her fall off 4-inch Manolos is a sight unseen.
