The big question right now is: will Vivid Entertainment release Carrie Prejean‘s solo explicit tapes for all the world to see? They say YES. Vivid clains to be moving forward with their plan to publish video tapes and photographs of Prejean with or without her permission.

TMZ obtained a copy of the letter that Prejean lawyer Charles LiMandri sent to Vivid. The document states that Carrie will sue for invasion of privacy, misappropriation of her likeness as well as public disclosure of private facts…if Vivid follows through.

Prejean’s lawyer claims that in some of the footage his client was underage. The ex boyfriend begs to differ, saying she was 20 at the time.

The couple reportedly met on MySpace. The videos in question were shot while she was the reigning Miss San Diego. According to the ex, there are 15-20 of them.
