Amid reports that UFC legend Kimo Leopoldo died of a heart attack at age 41, the former fighter held a press conference at the Orange County Sheriff’s Dept. to debunk the rumors.
Leopoldo, one of UFC’s most well-known fighters, made his MMA debut in 1994, retiring in 2006.
Throughout his fight career Leopoldo battled drug problems. In recent years he was arrested for drugs, assault and battery and domestic violence.
