Last week Joaquin Phoenix announced that he’s quitting acting, and now he is taking his exit from Tinsel Town a step further by putting his Hollywood Hills mansion on the market.
The 3,200 square foot, four bedroom, five bathroom home is up for grabs at an asking price of just under $4 million.
