Farrah Fawcett has died after a long battle with cancer at the age of 62.
Fawcett, who received her last rites just a few hours ago, died at 9:28 a.m. PST at St. John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, where she has been hospitalized for the past two weeks. Her longtime partner Ryan O’Neal, along with her best friend Alana Stewart, was by her bedside when she passed away.
Fawcett is survived by her son Redmond O’Neal, 24, who is currently serving a prison term for repeated drug offenses.
