The ABC special Barbara Walters 10 Most Fascinating People aired last night. Walters sat down with nine previously announced 2009 newsmakers and one surprise pick. This year’s coveted top spot went to First Lady Michelle Obama, who talked about her family’s first year in the White House – see video below.
Also sitting for interviews were reality show mom Kate Gosselin, actor, director and producer Tyler Perry, musician Adam Lambert, First Lady of South Carolina Jenny Sanford, singer Lady Gaga, conservative political commentator Glenn Beck and former governor of Alaska Sarah Palin, who was also named last year.
Fascinating picks who were showcased but did not participate in studio interviews included Michael Jackson’s children and NFL QB Brett Favre.
