Kelly Clarkson has married her fiance Brandon Blackstock.
The former American Idol winner and her fiance exchanged nuptials on October 20th in a private ceremony in my neck of the woods at Blackberry Farm, a luxury resort in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee.
“I’m officially Mrs. Blackstock 🙂 We got married yesterday at Blackberry Farms in TN, the most beautiful place ever!” the 31-year-old singer tweeted.
The couple were engaged in December 2012, and Kelly shared her desire to have a small wedding. “I’m so over it. It’s so overwhelming,” she previously said in an interview.
“We’re not doing the big huge one. We’re just gonna go off with the kids and go get married and it’s just gonna be literally, seriously small.”
Brandon, whose stepmother is Reba McEntire, has two children from a previous marriage. He also happens to be Blake Shelton’s manager, and his father, Narvel Blackstock, is Kelly’s manager.
