Yet again, an ambulance was summoned to the home of actor David Hasselhoff yesterday, after he was found passed out by his daughter Hayley.
Erik Scott, a spokesman for the Los Angeles City Fire Department, reported that they were summoned to Hasselhoff’s Encino address to provide medical aid. He added, “Paramedics arrived at approximately 11:51 am and later transported the patient to a nearby hospital.”
The actor has had a long hard struggle with addiction and although his camp has said that David is working on his recovery, indications led onlookers at the MTV Europe Music Awards in early November to wonder otherwise. David was seen slurring his words and holding onto walls for support.
Radar Online reports that Hasselhoff suffered a seizure after drinking heavily. He was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. One of the neighbors said, “I asked one of the paramedics how David was doing and he told me his eyes were rolling back into his head, he was drooling and that he’d had a seizure. This isn’t the first time this has happened to him.”
Turns out it was a bad day for Hoff’s ex-wife Pamela Bach too. She was arrested for DUI – see details here.
