Some fights are short-lived. Diva Mariah Carey‘s husband Nick Cannon is already backing down from his feud with rapper Eminem. A couple of weeks ago Nick took to his blog and blasted the rapper for dissing his wife on his new track, Bagpipes From Baghdad. Now he says it’s no big deal and Cannon’s battle words have been removed from his personal blog.
To make a long story short, Eminem rapped about Cannon’s marriage to Mariah after a very short courtship, which by the way Mariah has always denied. In the song, he claims to want Carey back and throws out some threats at Nick. Then Eminem turns it around completely and bashes them both. Of course we are not able to put the offensive video on our site, but if you have heard Eminem’s past songs….you get the drift.
Cannon talked with Entertainment Weekly last week and it seems he has calmed down a bit, “I never even considered it as a beef. It’s not a beef. It’s just, hey, I heard the record. I said what I had to say. I feel exactly the same way by it and stick by everything, but I think it is one of those things where it’s not that big of a deal, you know.”
