David Alexander Smith, known in entertainment circles as “Ice,” was shot and killed at a bar in Kingston Friday morning.
The Jamaican entertainer who created the “Gully Creepa” dance move, was among patrons at a bar when a brawl broke out and he was shot in the head and chest.
Police believe robbery was a motive for the killing, as the attackers took Smith’s keys and drove off in his car.
The “Gully Creepa” became popular after it was performed by Olympic sprinter Usain Bolt in Beijing when he broke the world record in the 200 meter finals.
