Daniel Craig Extends James Bond Contract
Daniel Craig, the newest "James Bond" has negotiated a new contract to do four more Bond films. The box office success of the actor's first shot as 007 likely influenced the new deal.
Casino Royale, his first Bond film, had a record-breaking debut in 2006. The new deal will surpass that of the last actor to play 007, Pierce Brosnon.
Production on the next Bond film is expected to start in early January and is scheduled for release in November 2008.
Currently dubbed Bond 22, the new film will be directed by Marc Forster. Screen tests are reportedly underway in search of a Brazilian beauty to play Bond's latest love interest.
One last shot to keep us semi-satisfied until we can see this hunk on the big screen again.
