Jason Kennedy is an anchor on E! News and Lauren Scruggs is a model who was in a serious accident airplane propeller in December 2011. The accident left her with a prosthetic arm and an artificial left eye.
The two have been quietly dating for about a year and over the weekend in Dallas Jason decided to put a ring on it!
He prepared this breathtaking proposal outside of Lauren’s balcony. How gorgeous!
