Even the most casual Teen Mom fans know that Kailyn Lowry has three sons, right?
She’s kind of made into a thing — “mom of boys,” you know.
In the past, she’s made it clear that even though she already has three children, she does want to have more.
But goodness gracious, we didn’t think it would be like this …
The Family
OK, so Kailyn has three sons: Isaac, Lincoln, and Lux.
First
She had Isaac with high school boyfriend Jo Rivera, and although they had a messy breakup all those years ago, they’re on relatively good terms these days.
Second
Then she met and married Javi Marroquin. They had Lincoln, but then everything sort of fell apart, and they got divorced. They go back and forth, but as far as we know, they’re not each other’s biggest fans at the moment.
Third
And then, sometime around the finalization of her divorce with Javi, she hooked up with college friend Chris Lopez. They had Lux, and … well, their relationship has pretty much always been a huge mess.
Too Much
So it sounds like she’s definitely got her hands full, right?
Going It Alone(ish)
She’s not close with her family at all, so there’s no help there, and she’s got different custody schedules for each kid.
Thank Goodness
It seems like she’s been able to work things out so that Isaac and Lincoln go to their dads’ houses at the same time, so that they can be together when they’re with Kail.
Oh, Baby
But her feelings about Chris change so often, it’s probably safe to say that there’s no set schedule for when Lux sees his father.
Fair
Kailyn often uses the phrase “Kail and the Chaos” to describe her life, and with three rambunctious boys with three different fathers, it’s easy to see how it could get chaotic.
Uh …
So would it be a smart idea to add a fourth child into the mix?

Or a fifth? A sixth, even?!

According to what Kailyn said in this new interview, that’s the plan!
More Babies!
Kailyn appeared on a recent episode of Studology 101, a YouTube show, and it was there that she revealed her plans to have more children.
Definitely
“Yeah, I definitely want more kids, I would love to have girls,†she revealed. “How it will happen, I don’t know, but we’ll figure it out.â€Â
It’s the Future!
And when she said she’d like to have girls, she meant it — she said that she’d do gender selection to make sure her fourth child wasn’t another boy.
Donor Time
She’d use a sperm donor, too, so this future child will be 100% hers.
Makes Sense, Kind Of
Gender selection is pretty controversial, but she defended it by saying “I got three boys, that’s enough! It’s time for me to have a girl.â€Â
Oh, OK
“I always wanted boys,” she acknowledged, “but now that I have three and I didn’t find out what I was having for any of them. I’ve had enough surprises. We got three boys, now I want a girl!â€Â
The Truth Comes Out
As for her relationship status, she said that she’s “super single” right now, and that she “won’t ever be with another man.”

She’s said that last part before, the part about no more men forever — it seems to be a reaction to her breakup with Chris Lopez.

For the tail end of 2018, they seemed to be getting close, although there was never any official acknowledgement of their relationship or anything like that.

And now, it looks like there never will be.
It’s All Right
It’s not like she’ll be alone forever though — she’s been open about her bisexuality, and of course there’s always the chance that she’ll change her mind about men.
To Be Clear
She’s adament that she is the relationship type though — in her interview, she said “I mean, it looks bad that I’ve got [three] baby daddies, but I really don’t sleep around!â€Â
In Summary …
So according to all of this, Kailyn will never be with a man again for the rest of her whole entire life, and she will use the magic of science to have at least one daughter, maybe more.

On Twitter, one person went with the classic Teen Mom phrase “Jesus God Leah” to describe how crazy they felt this all is.

Someone else said it was “hella selfish” for her to want to do this.

“She needs help,” another person insisted, “something wrong with this girl.”
That Energy
As another Teen Mom fan argued, “Something’s wrong in her head she doesn’t just want a girl she wants girls. She needs to stop worrying about pregnancy and put her energy into her boys.”
Some Advice
“Girl, I want to eat a whole box of Girl Scout cookies but I DEFINITELY shouldn’t,” a very smart person told her. “Just go stare at the three you already have and remember all the hell you’ve already been through and if that doesn’t work call every one of their dads. That should cure you.”
Well …
Her recently revealed anti-vaccine stance came into the conversation too, with someone tweeting “She’s f-cking insane. Won’t vaccinate her kid but totally gender selection dude.”
What Now?
This pretty much goes without saying, but it’s her choice, and if she wants to have a daughter via sperm donor and gender selection, she will.
Easy Peasy
She obviously doesn’t have problems with fertility, and although many people think gender selection is prohibitively expensive, she could definitely afford it with her Teen Mom salary.
Kailyn Junior
And this isn’t the first time she’s talked about having more children on her own, either, so honestly a pregnancy announcement by the end of this year wouldn’t be unheard of.
