Jenelle Evans has never been in the running for any mom of the year awards, but lately, she’s been making more controversial parenting decisions than ever.
Recently, the Teen Mom 2 star has been criticized for choices she’s made regarding her eldest son, Jace, and her stepdaughter, Maryssa.
Never one to back away from a conflict, Jenelle has been quick to respond to the criticism — and it seems she’s sticking to her guns. Literally.

Jenelle was slammed recently after sharing a Facebook memory about Maryssa’s cheerleading days, along with a caption explaining that Maryssa “decided cheer was too much for her.”

“I pulled her out?” Jenelle replied. “Maybe that was HER decision. Maybe she didn’t feel comfortable going to that school.”
