Just because Jim and Meghan King Edmonds' former threesome partner has been revealed doesn't mean that the story is over.
Their marriage is over, however. Meghan says that the embryos that they made together will remain frozen forever.
Meghan King Edmonds spoke on the Juicy Scoop podcast about some very specific plans for the future.
She and Jim created embryos together, of which four remain, cryogenically frozen but viable if she should ever want them.
But when asked what she'd like to do with them, Meghan shares that she would like to "just keep them frozen until eternity."
Wow. She is not mincing words, huh?
Meghan spoke more about her uncertain future and her role as a mother.
"I don’t know if I’m done having kids," she confesses.
"I’m 35," she notes. "My kids are little."
"I could totally have another kid," Meghan acknowledges, "and I do love the idea of a nuclear family."
"However, my kids are a lot of work," she confesses. We always worry about parents who aren't willing to admit this.
"They’re young," she points out. "And I need to get out of the weeds right now.”
“So I couldn’t say no," Meghan says, "but it’s not something I’m gunning for."
She has three young kids -- Aspen, Hayes, and Hart. She may want to wait a few years, at the bare minimum, before considering baby #4.
Besides, at the moment, Meghan is considering that she may have other priorities.
“I’m looking at my boobs and I’m like, ‘How ’bout a boob job instead?’" Meghan says.
Maybe she's seeing something that we don't, but Meghan is probably the most beautiful woman to ever appear on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
That said, it's her flesh prison and she can lift, enlarge, or otherwise modify whatever part of it she sees fit.
Meghan isn't rushing into any major life changes right now. She has enough on her plate.
"Honestly, I’m not making any kind of decisions about anything right now," she emphasizes.
Times of high emotional stress can be terrible times to make impulsive decisions with long-term consequences.
We are glad that she is taking her time and thinking things through.
Meghan's already contentious divorce devolved into a verbal tug of war after she spoke about a threesome that she'd had with Jim.
"We had just gotten married and I knew that [Jim] had this bad boy kind of past and we were newlyweds and trying to have fun," she recalled.
"He wanted to have a threesome," Meghan claimed, "and I thought about it and I thought, ‘Ok, maybe, yeah sure.’"
"So, we decided to have a threesome -- a consensual, adult decision -- with a friend of mine," she said. "I felt very conformable with her."
Meghan said that she had spoken up about it after learning that this woman was allegedly now dating her ex.
That alleged threesome partner was identified as Kortnie O'Connor, and Jim's representative slammed Meghan's claims.
"Despite the picture Meghan is trying to paint, right now Jim and Kortnie are just pals who enjoy hanging out with each other," the rep claimed.
"They are not dating," the rep insisted. "And if Jim was dating her or someone else, there would be nothing wrong with that."
Jim spoke out himself, claiming that Meghan is just trying to get attention.
"I’m tired of the lies for publicity," he declared.
"I was invited to a surprise birthday party this weekend for one of my best friends and decided to bring a date," Jim detailed.
"There is no affair going on here," he insisted. "It has been a plus-one for the weekend."
"The woman I am in Cabo with is not her friend," Jim claimed. "They have not spoken in over three years."
Notably, a former friend isn't all that different from a friend when it comes to the social weirdness of them dating your ex.
"As far as threesomes go, there were more than a few initiated by Meghan and only Meghan," Jim alleged.
"Recently, I have learned that she carried on with a few of these women without me being present," he claimed. "Would that not being considered cheating?"
