Khloe Kardashian is getting real about her post-baby struggles.
In a preview of Sunday's season premiere of Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian, she opened up to her mom Kris Jenner, who hosted the episode, on her "daunting" task of losing her pregnancy weight.
After Khloe gave birth to daughter True last April, the new mom had to fight to win back her curvy body -- and while she was successful, it wasn't easy.
"You spent so many years getting into the best shape of your life, and then you got pregnant," Kris pointed out to Khloe in the teaser for the show.
"How did that feel?"
Khloe then shared how she gained 40 pounds throughout her pregnancy journey, and by the time of delivery, she was shocked at just how much weight she really put on.
"Well I gained 40 pounds during my pregnancy," she said.
"And I was 203 pounds when I delivered, which blows my mind."
"You think you're going to have a baby and all of it' going to come out, and then you leave the hospital and you're like, 'What is going on? Why do I still have this weight?'"
And while Khloe initially was way too busy with being a new mother to worry about her figure, she eventually realized it was time to get back out there and work on her, well, money maker.
"My focus in True and just really immersing myself in motherhood," she added.
"But I completely relate to the daunting thought of, 'Gosh, now I have to go work out and where do I start?'"
This really resonated with Jenner, who took a chance to touch on her own weight loss struggle following the birth of her oldest daughter Kourtney Kardashian.
According to Kris, she thought she'd be able to fit into her old clothes after "one month of eating good and exercising."
"I put on my jeans thinking, 'I am a Rockstar' and they wouldn't go over my knees," the mother of six shared.
"So, it was back to the drawing board. I did not know what to do, I was so disappointed."
The two continued their mother-daughter chat by agreeing "It's hard!"
"You have to have a lot of inner strength to be able to pull that off," Jenner reminds her daughter.
Obviously, Khloe did because she looks absolutely amazing now, especially in her latest Instagram picture where she showed off her midriff with a pink crop top and ripped jeans alongside her sisters.
We're so happy for Khloe who is totally enjoying motherhood and looking damn good while doing it!
Entertainment Tonight talked to Khloe about the new season of Revenge Body and the importance of vulnerability while being on the show.
"I feel very honored that people are trusting me with this journey, 'cause I get what it's like to be on camera and to be working out and doing all of that on the camera," Khloe explained.
"But I don't think the average person realized how vulnerable, and how aggressive, we are in their faces [while] filming."
"And when you're on this journey... you have to be really vulnerable, and it's emotional and really, really hard."
