It's been several months since Khloe Kardashian gave birth to precious baby True Thompson.
Khloe has been a fitness nut for years and she is famous for how she transformed her body.
But now she is turning to fans for help on how to shed those final post-baby pounds. She says that she has lost a lot already, but has stumbled into what she calls a plateau.
It sounds like she's desperate for tips, or maybe she just wants to talk about it for motivation.
Either way, telling women what to do with their bodies is the internet's absolute favorite thing, so Khloe's plea for advice received no shortage of replies.
Take a look:
Khloe needs help!
Khloe's post-baby body may look great to our eyes, but she has taken to social media to share that she's hit a roadblock on her weight loss journey.
Khloe asks the question
First of all, she's lost 30 pounds in just a few months! That's no small feat, especially if you just gave birth.
One fan says she should ask someone else
Kim is, of course, famous for her body. Even more so than her sisters.
Khloe knows better than most
But it sounds like Kim's thing doesn't work for Khloe, and that's okay.
But Kim's body secret is no recipe
She recently revealed that she has been working out with a bodybuilder and that she has lost 20 pounds in the past year as a result. But a huge factor in weight loss is genetics, and Kim and Khloe may be siblings, but they're not identical. Maybe that won't work for Khloe.
Khloe received words of comfort
It is totally normal for people to never regain their pre-baby weight, especially when they're older.
Khloe is worn out
It takes a lot to wear down the woman who works out before dawn every single day
Now here's an interesting suggestion
Intermittent fasting is when you weight twenty or more hours between meals, then binge, but you also exercise.
Others chimed in to second that suggestion
But it won't work as well for everyone. Some people would lose their minds waiting that long. Some already wait that long between meals with no major results.
Naturally, someone suggested yoga
Yoga can be great! A lot of people are sick and tired of having their friends (or strangers!) suggest that they try it, but Khloe literlaly did ask.
Khloe likes the sound of that
Is Khloe suggesting that she's somehow never tried yoga? No, no, she probably just means that she hasn't tried it since giving birth to True.
This answer's a little more complicated
Doing a bunch of different workouts can mean good variety, but can be harder to do as a routine.
Of course, someone brought up keto
The keto diet was invented as a treatment for seizures, so it is a big deal. It cuts out almost all sugar and encourages people to eat fatty foods. It can turn the body into a fat-burning machine ... but is also notorious for putting people in permanently foul moods in which they are always, always hangry.
No list of suggestions would be complete without:
While "go vegan" is a response that many internet denizens are tired of hearing, Khloe did ask for advice.
This is some very realistic advice
Self-acceptance can be even harder than any of the other suggestions, but it might be the best for Khloe in the long run.
Khloe was sure to show her appreciation
It's not every day that random people on social media receive thanks for telling a woman what they think she should do with her body. We wish Khloe the best of luck.
