With PuppyGate finally dying out, Tuesday's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills found the ladies at odds over Brett Kavanaugh.
He does sound like an odd thing to argue about on a show that's about women dressing to impress, fighting, and starting the whole thing again when the hangover wears off.
Lisa Rinna rallied the ladies to celebrate her mother being in town. Straight off the bat, there was tension because Denise Richards wanted to know why Harry Hamlin was nowhere to be found.
Rinna responded that Hamlin was at home watching Kavanaugh's Senate hearing unfold.
"I invited him, but it's a pretty big day politically because of the Brett Kavanaugh hearing," Rinna said.
"The fact that this doctor came out -- I think she's changing everything with her courage."
"I just have a different point of view on this one," Camille Grammer muttered under her breath, prompting Kyle Richards to ask what she said.
Camille repeated what she said, and that's when the fireworks started.
"She didn't have enough evidence," she maintained.
"When you are gonna go up against the Senate with something like that, you better have your witnesses lined up because that's a very tough thing."
Teddi Mellencamp butted in, and she was not amused with Camille.
"Isn't that sickening to say?" she said.
"Yeah, it is," Rinna said with a stern look on her face.
"If [that happened to you] at 15, you would tell your best friend, or you would tell your parents," Camille said, getting more irritated by the word.
"Camille, not necessarily," Rinna said. "Absolutely not." Mellencamp added, "I do not agree."
Robin was also in attendance, and she was not ready to back down, saying she was "attacked in 7th grade" and that she had "never spoken about it until recently because of the #MeToo movement."
"I'm a victim, too," Camille shot back. "I told my boyfriend, I told my mother, I told my therapist. I told people! I didn't hold onto it for 35 years."
Rinna tried to defend Christine, noting that she told her husband.
"She told her husband years after. It doesn't make sense," Camille barked back.
"Do you not believe her, though?" Rinna said from across the table. "Do you not believe this woman?"
"We don't know if for sure it happened or not because it's a he-said, she-said. This pisses me off!" Camille fired back, before saying she did not believe Christine.
Teddi wondered how Camille would feel if she said she did not believe that she was attacked.
"That's your prerogative," Camille replied. "This woman has some serious allegations, and I feel bad for what him and his family are going through."
Rinna was blindsided that Camille was not all that nice about Christine.
"I am very empathetic to women [who have been victims of sexual assault], but I've also been accused of things that I've never done!" Camille hurled back, adding:
"I am really impassioned about this, and I know what it feels like to be wrongfully accused and humiliated all over the country, the world, for lies!"
"He is going to be a judge on our court for the rest of his f--king life, and that is a very big f--king thing!" Rinna said.
Ultimately, they had to agree to disagree and moved on.
