The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 Episode 2 Recap: Bye, Porsha!

by at .

There is no shortage of drama when Porsha Williams is around.

That was confirmed on The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 Episode 2, when Porsha showed up at Kenya Moore's housewarming party.

Yes, the same house that was anything but complete and should probably not be allowing the cast to film in it. As much as Kenya likes to think the house is a palace, it needs to be completed before someone gets injured.

Kenya was understandably annoyed at Porsha's appearance at the party. If you watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online, you'll know that these two are not friends.

Kenya decided to take her enemy outside and lay down the law.

"I don't want to make this uncomfortable or anything, but I didn't extend an invitation to you because of some things that had happened at previous events," Kenya began.

Porsha completely understood and left with her gal pal, Phaedra Parks. The producers were no doubt annoyed that Porsha and Kenya didn't go at it, but it was very mature of Porsha to just leave.

It's not very often that these ladies can just leave a situation without getting into a huge brawl. Porsha noted that the whole situation was very awkward.

Shereé Whitfield felt the need to run after the ladies to get up to speed on what went down, but a defeated Porsha was determined to prove that she was a changed woman.

If you thought Porsha was the only uninvited guest, you were sadly mistaken. Matt Jordan showed up and requested a private chat with his former flame.

"I did bad. I was wrong. I was really wrong," he said. Kenya certainly seemed taken aback by the apology and it was clear he was winning her back. It also helped that he kept referring to her as his "Queen."

She took him back, before explaining her decision to the camera.

Kenya on the Reunion

"Matt is a man who truly loves me, who wants to do right by me," she said.

Yeah, we believe you, Kenya.

Elsewhere, Cynthia Cynthia Bailey was moving full steam ahead with her divorce to Peter Thomas, but he couldn't give a damn about speaking to her attorney.

When the two of them met up, Peter revealed he didn't think it was the right time to visit her. Peter didn't feel like going to the lawyer was a priority for him.

"If this is how this process is going to go, we're going to be getting a divorce for a long time," Cynthia revealed to the camera.

It's definitely clear that Cynthia wants the whole ordeal to be over, but Peter just seems dead set on dragging it on for dear life. Peter lifted the lid on his chest tightening up a few days earlier and it dawning on him that Cynthia would no longer be his emergency contact.

Cynthia Bailey in Shock

After Cynthia revealed she still cared about him, Peter called the lawyer. That was not too difficult. Right?!

Later, Kenya decided she was over Sheree's meddling and wanted there to be some harmony with the ladies, so she organized a date for them all to go to an "escape room."

This resulted in Kenya revealing her motives when she confronted Sheree for trashing her home. Sheree opened up that there was a lot of work that needed to be done to the house.

The ladies then argued about fixtures in the house. It was a pathetic example of just how horrible these ladies can be with one another. Kenya then called Sheree a ho and disappeared.
