Donald Trump continued his feud with Rosie O’Donnell on stage at the Republican Presidential debate last night…
… and then started a new feud this morning with Megyn Kelly.
The Donald called in to Morning Joe on Friday and had plenty to say about his performance at the debate, and also plenty to say about one of the network’s lead moderators.
In regard to Kelly asking Trump about his opinion on women – referencing how he’s referred to them in the past as “fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals” – Trump said he didn’t think the line of questioning was “very professional."
He then went all third person in remarking how the line of questioning served as a double standard.
“If you’re going to do that to me, I think it’s great. But you have to do it to everybody else – or ease it up. But you can’t do it to Trump,” Trump said.
The most popular Republican nominee (it’s early, but it’s true!) continued:
"I walked out of that room and people were saying that was really unfair…People thought it was very unfair.
"I’m very surprised at Fox News that they would do that… I would say it’s pretty unprofessional. But we will live it with. It’s just fine."
Trump then quoted polls by Drudge and Time Magazine that claimed he “won in a landslide” last night over Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio and other Oval Office contenders.
Doe she agree with those poll results? How would he assess his very first debate performance?
"I don’t think I could have done any better," Trump said.
Let no one ever say Donald Trump lacks confidence.
