All may not be well between Diddy and law enforcement.
But all appears to be very well between Diddy and his son, Justin Combs.
As THG reported, Diddy was arrested on Monday after allegedly assaulting the UCLA strength and conditioning coach with a kettlebell.
Following his booking on felony charges at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Inmate Reception Center, the music mogul released a statement in which he denied all charges against him.
With questions looming over how Diddy's actions have affected his relationship with Justin, both father and son sought to provide answers yesterday.
First, Diddy posted the above photo of himself and Justin, writing as a simple caption to it “#FamilyFirst.”
Justin Combs, a junior defensive back at UCLA, then wrote his own heartfelt message on Instagram:
"I thank God for having a father that's always there for me.. Love you pops!"
Said Diddy's rep in the aforementioned statement:
"The various accounts of the events and charges that are being reported are wholly inaccurate. What we can say now is that any actions taken by Mr. Combs were solely defensive in nature to protect himself and his son."
Diddy has officially been charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, making terrorist threats and battery.
Fortunately for the rapper, if he needs to hire an attorney, we think he can afford a good one...
