Following last week’s shocking Dancing With the Stars results, the quest for the Mirror Ball kicked into high gear this week for the six celebs left.

They had to perform not one, but two full-length routines on Dancing with the Stars Season 20 Episode 8, with a double elimination on tap tonight!

The six stars were made to perform America’s Choice dances, which allowed fans to directly impact the show by choosing the songs – and outfits.

Next up were the trio numbers, which required the duos to add an eliminated pro dancer or other member of the DWTS dance troupe to the routine.

Four couples will punch their tickets to the DWTS semifinals, and thanks to DUAL perfect scores, we think one of those spots has been spoken for.

Actually if you’re going by tiers, three should be in the bank (although you never know), with the bottom three fighting for that fourth and final spot.

Is this the week Chris Soules and Whitney Bischoff are finally reunited, only to break up (if you believe the obligatory showmance rumors)?

We shall see. Let’s see how the contestants did last night …
