The last time we checked in on her, LeAnn Rimes was Photoshopping herself into Eddie Cibrian’s family pictures, so it’s safe to say she’s been acting a bit unhinged lately.

But LeAnn, of course, doesn’t see it that way. Despite the fact that Rimes threatened to kick a radio host’s ass on the air recently, the country-singer-turned-tabloid-queen says her life these days is normal to the point of being bland.

So, if that’s really the case, why does she think she and her washed-up hubby deserve a reality show? Why, so they can show the world how totes boring they are, of course!

“My husband and I wanted to work together and I wanted to have fun and work together, and show a side to us that, behind the headlines has never been shown,” LeAnn said in a recent interview.

“It would give us a chance to take our lives back. And I think it did change perceptions. Turns out I’m not a pill-popping queen, sorry to let everyone down.”

Unfortunately, LeAnn & Eddie received terrible ratings, so no one tuned in to watch LeAnn abstain from pill popping.

As the few folks who did watch the it are well, aware the show was clearly scripted and fake to the point that LeAnn and Eddie filmed in a rented house, to give viewers the impression that they’re much wealthier than they actually are.

Needless to say, if LeAnn was a pill-popping queen, we certainly wouldn’t have seen that side of her on VH1. Perhaps that explains why the Brandi Glanville-trashing snooze-fest has yet to be picked up for a second season.
