Alessandra Ambrosio is featured in Self this month, opening up to the magazine about herself at length.
Specifically, about that banging body. How does the model maintain such a physique?!?
"If I look in the mirror and see cellulite – and I have some, every woman does! – I run the Santa Monica Stairs," she tells the magazine. "I’ll go up and down the [170] steps four to six times, usually once a week."
A native of Brazil, Ambrosio says her home nation is "all about the butt" and she has a well-tested strategy for ensuring hers looks good enough to eat.
"I put 5-pound ankle weights on each leg, get on all fours and kick each heel up toward the ceiling. I do three sets of 20. Then, I also do three sets of 20 fire hydrants, where you lift each bent leg up and out to the side."
Are you taking notes, ladies?
Are you drooling over the image of Alessandra Ambrosio on all fours, fellas?
But don’t get this beauty wrong, people: yes, looks are important. But they are not the end all of life.
"I want my daughter to be nice, have a good education and be disciplined," she says. "A perfect butt doesn’t make an amazing person. It’s about feeling confident."
