It appears as though Tila Tequila is telling the truth for once: she really is pregnant.
The former reality star made this unexpected announcement last week and Thomas Paxton Whitaker has now confirmed that he’s the man who had unprotected sex with the troubled Z-lister.
But that doesn’t mean they are on good terms at the moment.
“The two of us are soon to share a child with one another, [but] Tila and I are not together as a couple and we are no longer pursuing a relationship with each other,” Whitaker tells Radar Online.
Whitaker refuses to get specific, but says he has been trying to “remain cordial” with Tequila, but is now “experiencing the fallout from my generosity.”
Tequila, of course, has a very sad/sordid history.
Her fiancee passed away a couple years ago. She once faked a miscarriage. She once faked a suicide attempt.
She’s been in and out of rehab on multiple occasions, but claims she’s now clean, sober and psyched to be a mother.
“I am so happy right now! The best has yet to come! Believe that! #NewBeginnings #Blessed #GodLovesMe,” Tila recently Tweeted.
But it sounds as if Tequila takes issue with Whitaker’s checkered financial past (he has filed for bankruptcy) and doesn’t want him in their child’s life.
“If the media could only the hear the kinds of comments Miss Nguyen makes about them as individuals behind closed doors,” Whitaker says. “I doubt she would ever get a drop of news coverage again for the rest of her days, but then Hollywood is a lot about deception and manipulation.., isn’t it?”
Sadly, Thomas, it really is.
