The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 6 Episode 17 Recap: Don't Eat Pizza on Kordell's Couch!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 6 Episode 17 saw the gang head south of the border for a vacation hosted by the incomparable Kenya Moore.

What a relaxing getaway it was, too ... or not.

Amazingly, amid all the ponchos, sombreros and attempt to stir up drama, the fireworks came from one of the last people you'd expect it to this week:

Peter Thomas, Cynthia Bailey's husband, proved he can mix it up with the best of them when it comes to dishing celebrity gossip and talking behind backs.

The topic at hand? Porsha and Kordell Stewart.

During tea with Kordell (yes, tea), Peter gave his buddy Kordell a chance to speak out about his failed marriage to Porsha, and the result of that was surprising.

What dirt did the ex-NFL star dish, exactly?

We won't spoil too much in case you want to watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online, but basically he claimed Porsha's family was what caused their divorce.

He actually, somehow, honestly mentioned Porsha's mother eating pizza on a cream-colored sofa as one of the reasons he eventually called things off.

Sorry, every viewer of The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 6 Episode 17 watching this at home. It won't work between you and Kordell Stewart.

His loss, honestly. Can this guy be for real?

Kordell also implied in this episode, fitting titled "He Said, She Said," that Porsha sucks with money and lost the only property she ever owned before getting married.

Peter Thomas, naturally, decided the best place to talk about this was in Mexico, where he unnecessarily came at Porsha about the issue and she got defensive.

We can't imagine why for the life of us.
