Teenager Strips Down, Asks Miley Cyrus to Prom

For Miley Cyrus, in the following video, the foam finger is on the other hand.

A 17-year old Arcadia High School student named Matt Peterson - who met Cyrus during a radio show in 2009 and who was also called out by the singer during a subsequent Arizona tour stop - is asking a very important question of the star:

Will you go to the prom with me?

"I have been a fan of yours from the beginning," Peterson wrote along with the video. "You've changed my life, and I want to repay you by giving you the best night of your life."

He also sweetened the deal by going all Wrecking Ball on Miley, birthday suit and phony enlarged hand included:

This isn't the first time a young man has asked a famous female to be his prom date.

About a year ago,Jake Davidson tried the same thing with Kate Upton. Sadly, it didn't work out.
