Microsoft Smart Bra Stops Women From Emotional Overeating

Step away from the Nutella and sour cream and onion chips! Your smart bra says so!

Microsoft recently unveiled plans for a smart bra that prevents women from emotional overeating when they're feeling bored or stressed.

Maybe THIS is Victoria's Secret

Are you bored? Stressed? Sad? Excited? You might not be able to tell, but your bra can!

The bra, which is in development, takes a constant EKG of your heart rate and other physiological indicators. It syncs with an app on your smartphone and sends a "distracting" message warning against the dangers of heading to the fridge for a snack.

One drawback to the smart bra? It needs to be recharged every three to four hours. Does it come with a docking station? Do you have to take it off to plug it in?

Why can't they make this thing charge with kinetic energy so it just keeps going (and going and going...)

Researchers at the University of Rochester in New York and the University of Southampton in the U.K. are working collaboratively on the design.
