Kim Kardashian could not be more excited.
She’s about to spend forever with her Best Friend Forever.
After reacting to her Kanye West engagement with just a single word on Instagram early yesterday ("YES!), along with the picture of her 15-carat ring, Kim opened up a bit more to her family at E! last night.
Referring to Kanye’s proposal inside a rented-out AT&T Park, Kardashian said the entire evening was "truly magical" and added:
"I am the luckiest girl in the world! I get to marry my best friend!"
As previously reported, West asked for Kris Jenner’s blessing prior to surprising his baby mama with an event to remember.
He walked her into the San Francisco Giants home stadium, got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage via a diamond designed by Lorraine Schwartz.
"Kim thought it was only her and Kanye in the stadium," an insider tells E!, explaining that her friends and loved ones "surprised her afterwards" when they came streaming out of the dugout to help the couple celebrate.
A 50-piece orchestra was also on hand to play Lana Del Rey’s "Young and Beautiful," followed by Keri Hilson, Ne-Yo and Kanye’s "Knock You Down."
After that? Fireworks. Roman candles. The perfect way for Kim to celebrate her 33rd birthday.
"Everyone was in tears, it was incredibly romantic," this source says. "Kim was beaming… she was smiling from ear to ear."
