Miley Cyrus poses for the latest issue of Harper’s Bazaar, looking classy and elegant and fully clothed.
She then showed up last night at the Teen Choice Awards… not exactly looking classy or elegant or clothed.
Cyrus posed on the red blue carpet in a risqué, dominatrax-like outfit that included a lot of black and a great deal of leather, along with a sheer fishnet shirt over a leather bra.
