Demi Lovato has gone au natural once again.
The singer – who posted a makeup-free photo in April and encouraged young girls to “be brave,” and then followed it up with an inspiring video – posted a new picture to Instagram this week.
In it, Lovato is simply wearing a v-neck t-shirt and glasses, her hair undone and her body feelings “sooooooo sleepy,” according to the caption.
Demi, of course, spent weeks in a rehab facility a couple years ago due to an eating disorder and other body image-related issues.
She has since made it her mission to act as a role model for anyone in a similar situation, speaking on her illicit drug use and being open about her past struggles.
Gotta admire the singer and X Factor judge for taking such an important stance, don’t you?
