For the second time in as many days, a professional athlete has been accused of major mistreatment against females.
Yesterday, it was Eagles running back LeSean McCoy and the allegation that he assaulted a passenger on a party bus.
Today, it’s something a lot more serious: a woman has accused Philadelphia 76ers guard Nick Young of anal and vaginal rape.
Under the name Jane Doe, this individual has filed a lawsuit in which she details how she met Young at the Crown Bar in West Hollywood.
He allegedly bought her and her friend champagne, but the woman’s memory grows fuzzy from there because she believes he filled her drink with the date rape drug GHB.
Doe says she woke up the next morning in Young’s bed, bleeding out of her two lower orifices and that Young admitted the two had sex, claiming he stopped because she passed out.
After being dropped off by Young, the accuser says she underwent tests at the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, where it was confirmed she had been drugs and that her injuries were consistent with rape
She is suing the NBA player for sexual battery, sexual assault and false imprisonment and the Crown Bar for negligence.
