With Cory Monteith in rehab, Lea Michele has spoken out on behalf of the famous couple.

“Still so overwhelmed by all the love and well wishes we have received from you all,” the Glee star Tweeted yesterday. “My heart is so full,”

Monteith’s rep announced on Sunday that the actor was entering a treatment center voluntarily, adding that he will miss filming the final two episodes of Glee Season 4.

But everyone from Ryan Murphy to 20th Century Fox had stood behind Monteith in various statements, including one overall from the musical comedy that reads:

“Cory is a beloved member of the Glee family and we fully support his decision to seek treatment. Everyone at the show wishes him well and looks forward to his return.”

This will be Monteith’s second trip to rehab. He told Parade in 2011 that his substance abuse was so bad as a teenager that he is “lucky to be alive.”

We wish him a full recovery.
