Tomorrow’s court hearing should be very interesting, because Lindsay Lohan is steadfast in that she’s not plea bargaining in her felony grand theft case.

She wasn’t exactly warm to the idea in the first place, but the recent sale of the surveillance tape showing her alleged necklace heist emboldened her.

Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, and the prosecutor in the case, Danette Meyers, scheduled a meeting with Judge Keith Schwartz today to discuss a plea.

Judge Schwartz made it clear that any plea deal will entail Lindsay Lohan wearing an orange jumpsuit and sitting in a room with bars on the outside.

The only question is for how long, and on what terms.

There’s also the matter of her probation being violated. The judge overseeing that could revoke it and remand her into custody at his sole discretion.

In any case, if she doesn’t accept a plea deal, the case will assigned to Judge Stephanie Sautner for trial, and the stakes then go up dramatically.
