Finally! News about a mother giving birth to multiple children at once that isn’t Octomom or Kate Gosselin! Sorry, that was a bit of a weak intro.
Anyway, it’s twice the baby joy for actress Julie Bowen, who some of our staff has been crushing on since her stint on like 10 shows. She’s pretty.
The star and her husband, Scott Phillips, welcomed twin boys named Gus and John early this morning, her rep has officially confirmed. Yay!
The couple, who announced in November that they were expecting, are already parents to son Oliver, 2, who appears with his mom below:
Julie Bowen, 40, and Scott Phillips, a real estate investor, were married in 2004. Their adorable first child, Oliver, just celebrated his second birthday in April.
Most recently, Bowen played attorney Denise Bauer on Boston Legal, and has also appeared on Weeds, Lost and other shows. She is still perhaps best known for her role as schoolteacher Carol Vessey on the long-running Ed.
