Scott Ruffalo, a hairdresser and the brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, is in critical condition after being shot in the head on Monday, according to TMZ.
Police have begun an investigation into the shooting.
Sources close to the case say Scott Ruffalo was the apparent victim of a “suspicious shooting” that took place in his own Beverly Hills apartment.
Cops are also trying to determine if anything criminal took place, meaning they haven’t ruled out an accidental shooting or a suicide attempt.
Mark Ruffalo has starred in many films, including You Can Count on Me, Zodiac, 13 Going on 30, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
