Miley Cyrus might be going to bed tonight with Justin Gaston, but she isn’t going anywhere on the small screen any time soon.
Following a week of rumors that said the young actress was exiting Hannah Montana later this year, the star has responded.
“I am fully committed to Hannah Montana. It’s what gave me this amazing opportunity to reach out to so many people,” Cyrus said to People.
“I couldn’t do it alone. We have an amazing cast that is so supportive, including my dad who has been there for me every step of the way.”
Not only will fans continue to see Miley on the Disney Channel, but they’ll see her in theaters in April when the Hannah Montana movie opens.
“I’m really excited about our new season. We are making great new episodes that I can’t wait for our fans to see and I’m looking forward to the Hannah Montana movie that will be out in the spring,” Cyrus said.
