With approval ratings under 30 percent, George W. Bush is the political equivalent of Spencer Pratt. Only the latter is actually good at what he does.
Anyway, you’d be hard pressed to find fans of the U.S. President nowadays. Case in point: A couple of random dudes in Raleigh, N.C., who refused to acknowledge the Prez even when he personally walked right by them!
