Awww, poor Brooke White.
Our second favorite American Idol finalist couldn’t stop crying last night, according to a behind-the-scenes report from People Magazine.
After being named one of the bottom three vote-getters, White leaked tears during the break. She had to be comforted by David Cook, who walked down the couch to give his fellow singer hug. Then, Carly Smithson stepped in with assistance, using her hand to fan cool air on Brooke’s face and assuring her, “It’s going to be okay.”
Heck, even producer Nigel Lythgoe offered sympathy, rubbing White’s back as David Archuleta wrapped his arms around her. Even after Brooke received the news that she was safe, the tears kept coming.
