While Britney Spears sits in the UCLA psych ward, Jamie Lynn Spears and their mother, Lynne Spears, are back in the news – and are no longer sticking together during the teen’s unplanned pregnancy, according to the website.
The Zoey 101 star is apparently thinking about leaving Lynne’s Kentwood, La., estate and hightailing it across the U.S. to her other parent’s pad!
“Jamie Lynn is moving to L.A. to live with her dad,” an insider said. “She wants to be settled in before the baby is born in March or April — and she wants to be closer to film and TV projects she’d like to start after giving birth.”
But Jamie Lynn Spears’ plans to become a working mom aren’t the only reason Britney’s little sister is seriously considering going west.
Lynne has reportedly decided that the 16-year-old’s boyfriend and baby daddy, Casey Aldridge, 18, is off limits to the pregnant teen.
“Jamie Lynn loves [Casey Aldridge] and wants to marry him, but her mom is dead set against it,” a source said. “Jamie Lynn knows that once she’s out from under her mom’s thumb in Kentwood, she and Casey can be together.”
Lynne worries that once her little girl’s in Los Angeles, she’ll fall under negative influences — such as older sister Britney, perhaps?
“Jamie Lynn knows that [Britney Spears] smoked and drank during her pregnancy — and because Britney’s boys, Sean and Jayden, turned out fine, Jamie Lynn thinks her baby will be fine too,” the all-knowing source said.
We’re pretty sure this is all just celebrity gossip somebody made up, but boy, it’s entertaining stuff. We just can’t wait until the l’il mistake cousin of Sean Preston and Jayden James is born, cashed in on and neglected.
