Usher is taking action against his ex-wife and her recent allegations about the singer.

In late November, Tameka Raymond filed papers in a Georgia court that asked a judge to award her custody of the former couple's two children on grounds that Usher reneged on multiple promises he made to her. For example, he supposedly canceled Tameka's Saks 5th Avenue credit card.

The gall of this man, we know.

But now Usher has fired a legal shot of his own, denying all accusations in newly filed court documents and requesting that a judge to throw out his ex's request for full custody of the two kids they currently share.

He has also refused to take a drug test, despite Tameka's repeated attempts to force the issue.

A trial date has been set for February 27.

Tameka Foster is intent on proving that Usher is an unfit father.

The singer's ex-wife filed papers in court last week that allege a number of indiscretions by Usher, most of them based on the way he has treated Tameka, not the way he has been toward his two sons.

But now Foster is raising the accusatory ante, demanding a judge force Usher to take a drug test ASAP because she believes he's been popping pills around the pair's children. Usher has refused to take this bait so far, deeming his ex's claims to be "frivolous and unfounded," merely meant to "harass and embarrass" the artist.

As a result, lawyers are now involved and Tameka's side is urging the legal system to act quickly, lest Usher have the chance to "cleanse" his body of all foreign substances.

We'll see how this turns out, but right now it's clear Usher did the right thing by cleaning his life of Tameka, isn't it?

Tameka Foster is not seeking to strip Usher of custody of the former couple's two children. At least not according to a Tweet by the singer's ex-wife.

A day after TMZ published court documents that outlined a number of complaints Tameka has issued concerning Usher's treatment of her  - while printing a headline that paraphrases Tameka as saying Usher does not "deserve" their kids - Foster took to Twitter and ranted:

"Yeah... Great way to wake up huh? Some bs. Ppl have no idea about how crazy & deep this all is. The headline is a lie, also its negative because it only tells a morsel. Nothing but lies really sickening!"

Among other problems with her ex, Tameka says Usher has failed to comply with previous agreements that require him to ask her permission before hiring a nanny; allow her time with their sons during the summer and during Christmas; and that he must give her the option of caring for the children during any extended time away.

So, what is the truth? Tameka has not said any more and, at the moment, all we have are legal papers on one side versus a 140-character-or-less statement on the other side.

If Tameka truly wants to clear her name, she may want to get off Twitter and get into a courtroom.

The ex-wife of Usher is determined to make this anything but a happy holiday season for the ab-tastic artist.

Tameka Raymond - who split from the singer in June 2009 - has filed documents in a Georgia court that ask the judge to strip Usher of physical custody of the former couple's two children. On what grounds?

Based on legal papers obtained by TMZ, some that are possibly understandable... and others that are downright ridiculous. Tameka alleges:

• That Usher is obligated to get her approval prior to hiring nannies, but has failed to do so.
• That Usher must give her the option of watching the children when he's away for more than eight hours, but has not always done so.
• That Usher reneged on giving his ex custody of the kids for two weeks this past summer and during Christmas 2010.
• That Usher has failed to obtain permission for Tameka to travel outside the state with her children, as previously promised.
• That - we are not making this up - Usher canceled her Saks 5th Avenue credit card.

Overall, Tameka claims she is owed $34,000 in child support - and she's asking for even more per month going forward, due to a "substantial change in [Usher's] income." In other words: Usher has become even more of a success since he divorced his wife, and now she wants to reap the benefits of his hard work.

Even the Occupy Wall Street protestors would take exception to that argument.

Come on, Steve Hirsch. You have one job: to peddle celebrity sex tapes.

Despite this mission in life, the Vivid Entertainment Chairman has sent a letter to Usher that actually states he'll do everything he can to ensure the video this singer made with then-wife Tameka Foster never hits the open market.

Writes the man who made amateur porn stars out of Kim Kardashian, Kendra Wilkinson and Montana Fishburne: "As a result of this being an intimate and very personal tape we can certainly understand why you would want to stop its distribution."

Wow. Looks like someone is CAUGHT UP in the notion that Usher and Tameka were married at the time the tape was made and is unwilling to say YEAH to the release of such a private video.

Guess when it comes to MAKING LOVE (INTO THE NIGHT), Usher can take comfort in knowing this act will never be viewed by strangers.

Faced with questions and Tweets about her participation in an Usher sex tape, Tameka Foster has responded today with the same basic answer over and over:

I had intercourse with my husband. Shoot me!

"NEWSFLASH!! BREAKING NEWS! GUESS WHAT??!!" Foster wrote this morning. "I have copulated w/my husband! O_O. Why is this news again?? #ConfusedTweet. End of discussion."

The news, of course, is that Foster and Usher copulated... and filmed said copulation... and somehow left the footage on a computer they placed inside a car. That's the story, at least.

Based on the aggressive way in which Tameka is acknowledging the video, many will claim she is the one behind its (inevitable) leak.

"I cant stress over what I cant change," she Tweeted this afternoon. "Hey I was married, happily. So theres a chance that we might…Its silly 'news' 2 me."

But it's still news. And this is the first time anyone has thought about Tameka Foster in years. Let the conspiracy theories begin.

He's spent years taking off his shirt and gyrating on stage, but that's nothing compared to what sources say we're about to see from Usher:

That website claims it's actually seen footage from the alleged tape and confirms it's definitely Usher and the mother of his two kids, performing certain generous acts on one another.

Insiders surmise the sex tape may have been included in the items stolen from the singer's car in late 2009. At the time, Usher reported more than $1,000,000 worth of jewelry and electronics ganked.

OMG, indeed, folks. Women around the world aren't just dancing like it's the last night of their lives right now. They're dancing like they may soon see Usher naked.

The rumor appears to be true: Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes may be fired from The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

But Tameka Raymond has spoken out and clarified her role in this controversial story: she won't be taking part in the hit Bravo series.

"While I am flattered at the rumor circulating about being considered to join the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, I am absolutely not joining the cast," Usher's ex told E! News. "I was initially approached by the producers for last season and declined. At this point, my priorities are focusing on being a mom and my philanthropy, Lost Ones Foundation."

Raymond and Usher ended their marriage this summer, but not without a few blow-ups first. In October, the singer claimed Tameka keyed his car.

In other words: she seems perfect for reality TV!

Still, Raymond's rep backs up his client and says she and Usher are getting along okay these days.

"She hasn't talked to anyone from [Housewives] since 2008, and she would never consider doing it. Her life is very private," he said. "She's coparenting with Usher, and they are enjoying parenting together right now."

Looks like the haters may have been right all along.

According to reports, Usher recently called the police on his soon-to-be ex-wife, accusing Tameka Foster of sneaking onto his property and keying his car.

Law enforcement sources say that when officers arrived at the baby-faced star's crib, Tameka (who now goes by Tameka Raymond) was nowhere in sight.

Police later interviewed both Tameka and Usher, but decided there was no evidence or witnesses to substantiate Usher's claim that she scratched his ride.

But the drama didn't end there.

Police sources say Usher called the cops on Tameka again several days later, complaining that Tameka again got onto his property and wouldn't leave.

By the time cops arrived that time, Tameka took off.

Usher filed for divorce back in June ... but it hasn't been finalized just yet. They have two kids, Usher Raymond V, 21 months; and Naviyd, 9 months.

He has since been linked to Grace Miguel.
