In 2007, Stephanie Pratt emerged as a supporting player on The Hills, getting in the face of Lauren Conrad and having a difficult talk with Heidi Montag about weddings. She's the sister of Spencer Pratt, of course!
We have also learned some very interesting things about Stephanie Pratt's past... such as an arrest for shoplifting. Man, you think you know someone. Stephanie Pratt, you disappoint us sometimes. But hey, we don't judge and we're glad to know you anyway.
In the spring of 2008, Stephanie Pratt took on an even greater role on The Hills, as she appeared in the same computer class as Lauren Conrad.
She and LC became friends, while Steph and Spencer (who was living with her after Heidi kicked his broke ass out) feuded over this development.
