Attention, Beliebers: Justin Bieber, and free speech advocates everywhere, need your help.

The 17-year old star is at the center of a campaign - aptly titled Free Justin Bieber - initiated by Fight for the Future, a fair-use advocacy group that's urging citizens to vote against congressional law S.978.

What the heck is congressional law S.978?

Justin Bieber in Jail

It's a rule that would make it illegal for individuals to stream/use copyrighted music in an online video. And where does Bieber come into this debate?

He was discovered by Usher via a homemade YouTube video of himself covering a handful of R&B hits. If this law is passed, such an act might result in a prison stint. Instead of a record deal.

"Tell Congress to get a clue and stop trying to jail people for singing," the organization says in a statement, asking folks to sign its online petition. "Congress has no business making ordinary Internet users criminals for expressing themselves online."

Seriously. Under this law, five-year old Sophia Grace Brownlee would be a criminal.

This just in: Justin Bieber can REALLY bust a move.

During a concert in Mexico City over the weekend, the singer put down the mic for a moment and picked up his feet... at impressive speed! Check out the Biebs getting his serious dance on in front of thousands of screaming fans now:

The 17-year-old star attended a  press conference during his time south of the border, too, where he accepted plaques for "My World" (Platinum) and "Never Say Never" (Gold) at Foro Sol. He Tweeted about the trip with:

“blessed and grateful to the people of MEXICO…tomorrow one more show in mexico city then off to Brazil. Let’s make it a good one. thank u."

No, thank YOU, Justin. Did you hear what this artist has titled his upcoming Christmas album? That answer is revealed HERE.

Well, he didn't take our advice.

Not long after Justin Bieber announced plans for a Christmas album, THG offered a number of title suggestions. Sadly, he took none of them, choosing instead the less-than-original title of... "Under the Mistletoe."

Bieber also revealed via Twitter that the CD will drop November 1 and said "this is not your normal Christmas album." Hmmm... we know it will feature Usher, but to what else is Justin referring? Ponder that question as you enjoy your first look at the album's cover below:

Impossible! Sacrilegious! Totally and utterly absurd!

Those were likely the reactions of many young X Factor viewers last night, after Nicole Scherzinger and Simon Cowell both told Drew Ryniewicz that they preferred her version of "Baby" to that of Justin Bieber.

Is the 14-year old really that talented? Listen to the original HERE, watch Ryniewicz in action below and then vote in our poll...

Whose version do you like best?
